Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or if the item does not meet personal expectations. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at 2hundred1@protonmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

• Custom design and personalized items
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Items that show signs of use or wear

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
